Sterilization ozonation process
The water is piped from the protected springs in a stainless steel pipe and stored initially in a large stainless steel container. The water purifying process goes through 6 steps before we bottle it for consumption. We used ozone insted of chlorine because it leaves no residual (like left over chlorine) taste or odor. Ozone is supercharged oxygen (O3) which is injected through the water two times just before it goes into clean, sanitized bottle. An absolute rated filter removes 99.98% of all particles of a given size. Filters are usually rated in microns, according to the size of particles. A micron is one thousand of a millimeter.
